FAQ

LoginScout FAQ: vaults, Premium, temp email, and “login scout” search

Short answers for the questions that show up in search and in the product. Help Center is the getting-started version of the same facts.

What is LoginScout?
LoginScout is a private library for gaming and service logins. It stores accounts on your device with encryption, and optional Premium tools add temporary email, burner numbers, and a larger library.
I searched “login scout” — is this Scouts Canada?
No. LoginScout is account-storage software at loginscout.com. Scouts Canada, Scoutbook, and Skout are unrelated. Search engines often split the name into two words.
Is there a temporary email address I can use for signups?
Premium vaults include disposable inboxes so you can sign up without handing every launcher your real email. Verification messages land next to the saved password. Do not use them for banks or identity.
Can I get a burner number for SMS verification?
Premium includes a monthly burner-number quota for SMS codes through 5sim. Numbers are short-lived verification lines, not a personal phone plan, and they are meant for accounts you own.
Is LoginScout an account generator?
It is a signup kit and a vault — passwords, temp email, optional SMS, and storage — not a shop that generates or sells Steam, Fortnite, or streaming accounts.
Is my vault encrypted?
Username and PIN vaults are encrypted in the browser before they are stored. Optional cloud sync stores ciphertext. Google convenience mode is not zero-knowledge; it keeps a vault key for that Google session.
Does LoginScout auto-fill Steam or the browser?
No. You copy from the library. It is not a browser extension.
Where is LoginScout based?
LoginScout is made in Texas, USA. Contact: [email protected] and Instagram @login_scout.
