    Check you can sign in

    Sign in at epicgames.com before launch day, not during the queue.

  2. Step 2

    Turn on or check Epic 2FA

    Confirm your authenticator still works and your backup codes are saved.

  3. Step 3

    Review linked accounts

    Check PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, and Discord links in Epic account settings. Remove anything you do not recognise.

    Update your email and password if needed
