EA account recovery
One EA account holds your EA Sports FC Ultimate Team, Apex Legends and Battlefield progress. If someone got in, resecure it with EA’s official steps and close the doors they used.
Step 1
Use “Forgot your password?” on the EA sign-in page and choose a strong password you do not use anywhere else.
Step 2
Change your email’s password too. If the attacker controls your inbox, they can take the EA account back.
Step 3
Go to help.ea.com and follow “What to do if your EA Account was hacked”. Give your original account details and purchase information.
Step 4
Enable login verification in your EA account security settings. If you play on console, reset your PlayStation, Xbox or Nintendo password as well.
Step 5
Save the new password and backup codes on your EA card.

Never pay a third party who promises to “restore” your club. Only EA can.
Reset the password if you can, otherwise follow EA Help’s hacked-account steps at help.ea.com and contact EA Support.
Contact EA Support with your original account details and purchase information so they can verify you.
EA recommends it. Reset your PlayStation, Xbox or Nintendo password if your EA account is linked to it.
No. Only EA can. LoginScout keeps the new password and backup codes safe afterwards.
