Fake “free Game Pass” offers

Xbox / Microsoft account recovery
Your Xbox profile, Game Pass and purchases all live on a Microsoft account, so getting that account back is what matters. Microsoft’s recovery form is the only official route when someone else has taken over.
Step 1
At account.live.com, choose “Forgot password”. If a code can still reach your own email or phone, this is the fastest way back in.
Step 2
If the hacker changed your security info, go to account.live.com/acsr. Enter the account’s email address, plus a different email you can check, where Microsoft will contact you.
Step 3
Old passwords you used, recent email subjects and contacts, Xbox purchases, and your console’s details all help. Fill it in from a device and network you have signed in from before.
Step 4
Set a new unique password, turn on two-step verification, review your security info, and sign out of devices you do not recognise.
Step 5
Store the new password and your recovery code on your Xbox card in LoginScout, so a lost phone never locks you out again.

A password leaked from another site gets tried on your Microsoft account automatically.
Whoever controls your email can reset everything linked to it. Secure the inbox as carefully as the Xbox account.
With 2-step verification on, a stolen password alone is not enough to get in.
Check your Microsoft order history for purchases you did not make and report them to Xbox Support from inside your recovered account.
Anyone who messages you offering to “recover” your Xbox account for a fee is running a second scam. Only Microsoft can restore it.
Use Microsoft’s account recovery form at account.live.com/acsr. It asks for details only the real owner would know.
Usually not enough matching details. Try again with more old passwords, purchases and email details, from a device you have used before.
Purchases stay with the Microsoft account, so getting the account back brings them back with it.
No. Only Microsoft can. LoginScout keeps your new password and recovery code safe afterwards.
