Try “Forgot password or username”
On the Roblox login page, reset via the email or phone on the account.

At roblox.com/support, choose account hacked or can’t log in. Include the username, the original email, and any purchase receipts.
Step 3
Turn on 2-step verification
In Security settings, enable authenticator-app 2-step verification and save the backup codes.
Step 4
Sign out of all other sessions
Use “Log out of all other sessions” in settings and review linked emails and phones.
